Are you down to the wire with no good ideas for a Father’s Day gift this year? You could pull a “dad” move and
come home with a gas station card and chocolate (hey, chocolate is chocolate anywhere you get it), or you could gather the kiddies for this fun (and more importantly, fast) craft, which is as simple as decorating an old hammer lying you’ve got lying around.
Aside from the hammer, you will need sandpaper, acrylic paint, paintbrushes, Sharpies, and clear acrylic glaze or sealer. After sanding down the handle of the old hammer, it’s helpful to paint it white as the base color, and from there consider it your children’ blank canvas!
